Apply NowGreat photonics products still need great support in the field. As Field Applications Engineer, you'll be the technical bridge between our engineering team and the customers running our systems in production.
What You'll Do
- Partner with sales on technical evaluations and product demonstrations
- Provide installation and training support at customer sites
- Gather field feedback and route it to product and engineering teams
- Create technical application notes and troubleshooting guides
- Diagnose system-level issues remotely and on-site
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Optics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience
- Comfort working directly with customers, including on-site visits
- Willingness to travel
- Strong troubleshooting skills across optical, mechanical, and software systems
- Clear, patient communication style
