Apply NowOur production floor turns precision optical designs into shippable products. As Manufacturing / Process Engineer, you'll own the processes that get us there reliably and at scale, from micro-optics assembly to final test.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain manufacturing process documentation
- Run designed experiments (DOEs) to improve yield and throughput
- Lead root-cause investigations on production issues
- Partner with quality on corrective and preventive actions
- Support new product introduction (NPI) transfer from engineering to production
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
- Experience in high-precision or cleanroom manufacturing environments
- Lean / Six Sigma exposure is a plus
- Strong data analysis skills
- Hands-on, practical problem-solving mindset
