Apply NowWe're looking for an Optical Design Engineer to help design the optics at the heart of our probe card, measurement, and spatial light modulator products. You'll work closely with mechanical and electrical engineering to turn optical concepts into manufacturable, reliable systems.
What You'll Do
- Design and simulate optical systems for probe card, measurement, and modulator products
- Collaborate with mechanical and electrical engineers on opto-mechanical integration
- Build and test prototypes; analyze performance against specification
- Support production engineering with tolerancing and process transfer
- Document designs and contribute to internal IP where applicable
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Optics, Photonics, Physics, or a related engineering field
- Experience with optical design software (Zemax, Code V, or similar)
- Hands-on lab experience aligning and testing optical systems
- Familiarity with liquid crystal devices, interferometry, or probe card systems is a plus
- Strong written communication for design documentation
